Job Location:  Riverwoods, Illinois

Job Type:        Full Time 

Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an Operations Research Analyst; Project Manager; Associate Project-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Manage and prioritize sprint backlogs using VSTS, JIRA and Rally; Develop user stories from prioritized features and identify acceptance criteria for user stories; Utilize Agile Scrum practices; Project management using JIRA, Loop Component, and Service Now; Manage SDLC for new initiatives and software development; Advanced Microsoft Office skills including spreadsheet creation and documentation in Excel; Create AS-IS and TO-BE business process flow diagrams; Business process decision making and documentation using MIRO and Lucid.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $124,072.00 to $154,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
