Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network.
You will do this by working with our partners to drive activities which increase brand awareness and engagement.
Our partners consist of acquirer’s and PSP’s within the payment eco system. You will be the lead with their marketing counter parts to deliver our objectives.
Negotiating marketing opportunities in a B2B environment, which includes developing a marketing plan, leveraging key partner channels and identifying other mutual opportunities. Ensuring performance metrics are in place and managing the marketing budget effectively.
Building and managing partner relationships, regular marketing updates whilst working very closely with our Relationship Management team.
Working in collaboration with our sales team is key in this role, having a seat at the table to bring plans into action.
This role also requires cross functional support, so working across a number of key teams is critical to the success of this role.
Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee. This is not a team manager role.
How You'll Do It
Tracks key performance indicators and updates leadership.
Creates and manages programs to drive acceptance and product adoptions.
Maintains and enhances the value propositions for acceptance.
Assists in implementing strategies to provide a quality customer experience for network clients.
Provides feed back on opportunities to enhance partnerships.
Builds effective relationships across key internal and external stakeholders
Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to drive our business objectives.
Be comfortable with data to build key insights and recommendations to support marketing activities.

Bachelors Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics or related
Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services or related
In Lieu of Education Experience
Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services or related
Preferred Requirements
Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services or related
B2B marketing experience
Payments experience desirable but not essential
Previous experience Managing Campaigns and working with agencies.
Working in a B2B marketing environment is also desired
Strong and effective communications skills – written and oral.
