Job Description:

What You’ll Do

This position provides a wide range of strategic planning support to one or more teams or departments including communications planning and execution, facilitating goal setting and prioritization discussions, working with key internal stakeholders to ensure work is executed in a strategic manner, and assisting with identifying and deploying continuous improvements. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It

  • Handle various ad-hoc requests, oversee operational risk activities for a specific business line, including advising, assessing, and challenging operational risks and mitigates, and their impact on risk appetite and business goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for audit requests, process mapping and RCSA and compliance related items
  • Maintains a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and assists in the identification of compliance risks.
  • Focus on continually assessing and implementing opportunities related to team and department effectiveness
  • Responsible for content of departmental results and strategic presentations
  • Manages department communications and events

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 4 + years of experience in Project Management, business, event planning or related experience.
  • In Lieu of Education 8 + years of experience in Project Management, business, event planning or related experience.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management
  • 6 + years of experience in Project Management, business, event planning or related experience.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
